Just a note:
PBE* Patch Notes only apply to PBE. That’s why they’re called PBE Patch Notes. The actual game won’t be affected and the buffs and nerfs are what Riot’s thinking about implementing into the game. If you’re only concerned about the quality of the F2P game, you can make somewhat safe assumptions about the future patch notes from the PBE’s. Say, for the next patch, you could probably expect a Shen nerf and an Olaf buff, along with AI improvements. As for the exact values, leave them to the beta testers and Riot.
